Renters:  Looking for property this weekend?  Check out the auctions tab and see what properties have become available in the last few days.  Be sure to correspond with the property manger/owner to confirm that you agree to their rental terms before finalizing your bids.

Property Owners/Agents:  If you have a last minute cancellation and would like to place a property up for auction, log in to your account and select Auction.  Note: iGOvacation will bill you 3% of the final auction amount for using our auction feature.  Also, if you have any unusual rental terms, please specify them in the description of your property when placing it up for auction.
